3 总结与展望

聚乙二醇链端醇羟基的活性极高,非共价键及共价键修饰为拓宽聚乙二醇的应用领域提供了更多的可能,加之其优异的两亲性、柔韧性、生物相容性等特性使其功能化修饰复合材料在多肽合成、医药修饰、纺织印染、药物控释、靶向传输等领域的研究已趋于成熟,但是在制革工业的研究应用尚处于起步阶段,因此研究聚乙二醇的功能化修饰及对高分子材料改性对制革工业研发功能皮革具有重要意义.

对于制革工业而言,丙烯酸、聚氨酯是制革涂饰工段中最常用的成膜剂,壳聚糖因优异的抗菌性、成膜性、降解性也作为热门新型功能材料应用于制革行业中,多年来科研工作者们尝试不同改性方法以提升制革涂饰材料的综合性能,聚乙二醇活性羟基可通过功能化修饰接枝不同活性官能团,这将赋予涂饰材料优异的亲水性、柔韧性、物理机械性能、抗菌性能等.随着聚乙二醇功能化修饰对高分子材料改性的深入研究,必将开发出更多高性能皮革化工材料,全面挖掘功能化聚乙二醇在制革工业中的应用潜力.
